Please switch to default WP theme then and check if the same thing happens. But if it works with the default theme, please remove BeTheme files via FTP and also same way upload the newest files (15.8).

Hey, we are sorry but we do not have an option to disable these stuff. To disable them, you need to do necessary modification under functions/theme-head.php file.
