In reference to Item Support Policy, files customization are not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don't know how, you should contact with your web developer.

Please switch to default WP theme then and check if the same thing happens. But if it works with the default theme, please remove BeTheme files via FTP and also same way upload the newest files (15.8).

Hey, directory themes it's own rules and are far different from what we do. So if you want to use a real directory theme, we recommend to look for another theme because at this moment, we do not have such plans as it requires lot's of customization…
