Ok, got it. From what we see, you set FLAT style under Slider item settings and that's why it looks different than on our demo. But if you want to make it full width, you need to put the slider as FULL WIDTH item into separate section.

Hi, we did checked video on our side and as you can see on http://pasteboard.co/bdqPKEGlZ.png it's fine in IE11. Not sure if this might be the reason on your end, but you may try to make this file lighter (current files are 6MB and 12MB).
