Hey, please take a look at official Wordpress site https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Menu_User_Guide where this has been explained as it has nothing to theme but it's the default WP functionality. Thanks!

Hi, if you look at http://pasteboard.co/bgBiCe7fb.png you see that you got tons of errors in JS console which does have nothing to theme. Thanks!

Hey, if the colors from Colors section does not affect, there might be 2 reasons: 1 - You are using one of pre-defined skins instead of Custom. 2 - You are using cache on site or server side.

Hi, what's the link where you got this featured image?

Hi, no, it is not possible unfortunately. Thanks!

@rachman1 Please contact with Google because like we wrote above several times already, it has nothing to theme.

Hi, where and how exactly you are trying to update slider plugin?
-
Did you read the link we gave you above? If you will, you see there is nothing to replace. Just new images need to be uploaded next to the regular one with different name.

Hi Ron, what you ask for, requires lot's of customization in theme files. So if you really want to do this, you need to do all necessary changes under /skins/COLOUR/style.css file. But as far as we know, we do not have any pre-defined sky color. T…

Hi, maybe you had those images uploaded before you installed theme? Or maybe the images are not tall enough themselves? We suggest to upload one image for test and check if the reason is that the images were uploaded before.

Hi, we are sorry but you can not change those files in child theme. As it has been described on https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes, child theme works only with style.css file.

We are sorry but you can not change the length of the titles. The only thing you can do is change the length of excerpt under Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Blog section.
-
Hi, Please send us link to page where you got these icons so we can have a look on it. Thanks!

Ok, everything is clear now. Wordpress, since version 4.5, requires minimum PHP 5.6. If you open your blank site in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) you see an error related with array_replace_recursive() function. It means your current PHP version is old…

Sounds like you have no idea how the data are stored and that's why you should contact with your admin. All data are stored in database, not files. And it is not true that it seems to be broken. If something has disappeared, it means the problem is …

If it's not there, all you can do now is create this page yourself or clear whole wordpress and do the import once again.

Hi, Top Bar color can be set under Theme options > Colors > Header section where the Top Bar Left background option is.

You did the mistake in VC and it has nothing to theme or even plugins. We sent you more details yesterday privately at 3:49PM so we suggest to check the inbox.
-
Ok, thanks for explanation. We found where the problem is and this would be fixed with next theme update. What you can do at this moment is use the following css:.woocommerce-demo-store{ margin-top: 45px !important; }

What about? Like we wrote above, the link you sent above is not a part of original theme. You have lot's of content, tags that does not come with original version of theme. We suggest to remove all extra customization and work with the original vers…

Hi, we don't know what you read exactly but there is no need to modify theme files. Under Theme options > Responsive section, you have Responsive Menu Initial Width option where you can define when exactly mobile menu should appear.
