You need to revise your code. We don't know what you did wrong and where exactly. The problem might come from Google Analytics code if you pasted such or from any other place (plugins, addons, content).

Hi, if you use BLANK template, then you can not add menu or logo. It's impossible. If you need elements like header or logo, you need to use DEFAULT template instead.
