Hi, it's because you got too many menu items. So or you remove some of them or you need to send us link to your site so we can have a look on it and give you css to decrease default padding between menu items.

This is first time when we see something like that. We suggest to remove all theme files thru FTP and upload latest version thru FTP as well.
