Hi, yes, you can add such image for Magazine header style. You can do this under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Extras section where Banner field is.

Sorry but we have no idea how we can help you until we are unable to replicate this issue on our side. We did checked it on 5 different computers + asked 2 colleges as well and on all of these computers, everything works fine.

We got this option in plans and should be ready with today's update. It will be possible to set custom sizes for logos.

If you are not a coder or developer, you need to contact with the person who is responsible for your site because above errors does not come with our theme. They might come from your plugins or extra customization.

It's because there might be not enough space for bigger logos in some cases. Please send us link to page where you want to increase it's size so we can have a look on it.

You must click LOCAL, not ONLINE. And then import slides that are included into theme package. ONLINE option is only for people who bought the license of this plugin directly from author. That's how it works!
