Hi, what you are trying to do, is not possible. This requires files customization and can be done under functions/theme-shortcodes.php file only where all items/shortcodes are. Thanks!

Sure, just remove theme files thru FTP and upload new files from package thru FTP as well. All pages, posts are stored in database so you won't lose them.

We did checked your site but there is no problems between ads and our theme. You should contact with ads support and ask them why ads does not display because it is not related with theme.

From categories pages only, you can't. Categories are closely related with Blog page so if you don't want to display sidebars on category pages, you need to remove sidebar from Blog page because so far we do not have other option.
