All we can say is that you can try to disable the plugins and reinstall the theme completly. We cannot really agree with Godaddy because if the global value is smaller than the local, it will override it. thanks

Hello Thomas, this is normal and there is no sollution for it. If you set the mobile header to be transparent then the content goes under it. All you can do is to make it sticky and set a background for it so it is more visible. thanks
