Hello, Please, turn off all of the plugins (leave WooCommerce enabled only), remove your custom css, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists. Moreover if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it. Thanks

The /contact/ is a page where you want to enter, and #test is anchor for the page you want to enter. Scroll option can be not working exactly the same as on normal anchor page - remember to enable the "One Page" option for this page. thanks

It will be fixed in the next update of theme, the video gets the mask-shape attribute which was making that issue. Thanks

In default split menu it does not have place to fit, this menu is just not prepared for this purpose. You would have to edit the theme files or use other type of menu. Best Regards

Sadly, BeTheme won't allow you do that things. You can only display the socials in action bar (above the menu) or next to the menu items (insert menu item filled with icon instead of text) thanks
