As I said, you have too many menu items. Did you increased your "Grid Width" ?Theme Options > Global > General If this value is on max, then only way to fix it is removing one menu item(or hiding it in submenu)Thanks

Unfortunately, it's not possible to have Simple header style with logo on center. It's managed by JS, and it shouldn't be touched with CSS. But, yes, the header will be over the revolution slider. Thanks
