You can create special menus with appropriate categories as menu items, and instead of using Shop Categories widgets, use the Menu widget. Best regards

It means one of the plugins is the root cause. You can find the culprit by disabling them one by one. Then you can decide if you can get rid of the plugin, or contact the plugin author to correct this. Best regards
