OK - I used reset and performed clean installation. Setup the Betheme and installed the plugins. Installed woocommerce but NOT the pages setup. Imported the betheme 'Shop' demo content. I now have 2 pages of 'cart, checkout, my account and shop'…

I used the demo import option in 'Appearance / Betheme import demo data section. Selected 'Demo' in the import option and 'Shop' in the demo - pre-made layout. Clicked 'import attachments' checkbox.

My problem is that there are 3 pages of 'cart, checkout, my account and shop' in the pages section of wordpress, surely there should only be one of each page.
