This is fixed, that worked...I just had to let it sit for an hour or so and it started working. thanks! Actually, it does not scroll on Chrome browser. Can this be fixed? I have redownloaded Chrome to make sure I am using the newest browser.

yes i have tried that. I have to leave it on nice scroll for now so there is at least the side scroll bar.
