Updated theme and increased php parameters with Siteground. Removed custom css in theme and made main bridge theme active. Menu & Logo still missing.

Thanks so much for the help. I have removed the custom css and the logo is still missing and the menu and logo are missing on the inner pages. (Ex: http://69.175.39.90/~marblebackup/catalog/) I do see the menu on the homepage however.

I've disabled all plugins on the website. The only plugin active is WPBakery Page Builder. There is no custom js scripts that I am aware of. Could I provide you logins to look at further?
