I hide the subheader so I can have the title of the page in the header image, which is not possible with your theme settings.

The issue is on mobile only as mentioned earlier. The submenu option only changes the backgound of the submenu on mobile - not the main menu. There is no option to change the background of the main menu on mobile so it defaults to white. .

I had to add blank lines to the top of the search results page. It does not look good, but is a bandaid until I can get your feedback on how to change it properly.

When I do that the entire header changes to that color - not the drop down. No options you provide will change the drop down color. I had to change my design and recolor the text, which doesn't look great.
