This is correct, I just figured it out late last night -- it was a new plugin I installed that messed everything up. Oddly, it is a widely used plugin ((I don't want to share it here but am happy to send via private msg)

@Pablo The one that you have pointed to <Background> is not the image I'm seeing. The photo in the subheader is blogger3-blog-subheader.jpg which is the rolling hills. For example at the top of this: https://www.bornleadership.com/category…
