No matter how many elements I delete, it doesn't allow me to add them back. Is this also a max_input_vars value issue?

PHP 7.2.15 and WP 5.2.1. It's not just mobile either. I met with my team last night and their desktop browsers were showing a version of the site from several hours earlier. This is a concern. Thanks!

I've updated some of the elements (added photos, swapped out photos) and can only see it on the desktop version. The mobile version doesn't reflect the changes. It doesn't appear to be related to the responsive visibility toggle. https://mypalpeori.…
