Thank you swambala and muffingroup. That fixed the problem. I have another theme running on a webiste that uses jetpack plugin and nothing changed there. I guess only betheme runs in conflict. Thank you again.

There is a delay in changes for i don't know what reason. After i turned on sticky header from back i verified with chrome, mozilla and tor. It didn't worked. Thank you very much for quick response. You are great!
