How do I pad the sidebars in this case to keep them outside the menu bar area?

Ah, blog was never mentioned in the callout. I ended up just having to toggle the sidebar on and off for it to work.

I need help . We install Beteheme on WordPress but in the Appearance menu we missing the "Betheme Demo Data" for downloading some demos from Betheme.

I'm using the simple header style and I want to apply different style to the sticky header, I don't want the menu to be toggled 

My menu is extremely large despite having it on the small setting.  How do I decrease the height? We would like it to shrink to about 2x the menu items.  Now it is huge!

I am using onepage import with revolution slider under it and css code to hide search bar and menus. 

You can change the colors in theme options>colors>menu, under the submenu section.

The links open because the have an targe="_blank" attribute assigned.
