The site was fully running with pages and posts but its now just got the menu and posts in place, the main pages of the site are there but no data on them. 

I am referring to the left side menu links - Acupuncture, Cupping Moxibustion therapy etc....

The menu is intact, but the site logo and theme settings are all gone, so stressed with it as the site was a live site. Can you help?

Did you try to change the responsive menu initial width.Go to theme options>responsive>header and set the initial width options

It is a secondary menu, go to appearance>menus and choose this menu, then edit the number. You can set a different one by going to manage locations and setting the social menu top

When you activate the mega menu, the sub item has a field called background image. Paste a link there.
