Can just the Action Bar be made sticky?Not the menu too. 

I've put in the links on the social tab and still there are no social icons showing up on the menu or the footer....or anywhere on the page for that matter.

I would like to have a search bar in the action bar or a search icon in the main menu. I would appreciate some help with this.
