When I scroll down on the page, the sticky menu stays visible (which is good), but a blue line shows up a few pixels under the menu bar area. How do I get rid of this blue line?

it's because you are using many different plugins. JS responsible for header is loading at the end and waits for other scripts first. So if you don't want menu to disappear, you can not use any plugin
