You can edit it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Menu & Action Bar -> Action Bar.

There is a burger menu on the mobile header, but it has the same color as the background.

Please go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors -> Menu, and set up active link background.

You should add a scroll class only to the menu item.
