There is no setting to have the menu opened from the top like on the demo you sent, with the Header builder. In the header builder, you can only have the Side Slide menu and style it.

Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Shop -> General, and set the Sticky shop menu option to Hide.

The footer can be hidden in Betheme -> Theme options -> Footer in the style dropdown menu.

When it is disabled, the hamburger menu works correctly.
