I no longer see the option for background image URL for the mega menu. I have a header template built, but our customer is asking for images in the dropdown.

After I enabled it, the menu is working correctly.

In the page options activate the One Page option and check if the menu closes then.

I would like to know where I can choose the option to make the link (social media links) to open on a new page - at the moment they are opening in the same page.

For the Mega Menu to work, your header needs to be built with the Header Builder.

There is no option to switch the side menu to the default one from the theme options.

Never mind, I was able to get it working by switching the position of the Logo to the left, now my primary menu is functioning when clicking on the + signs.

I made all what is discribed in your video ton configure a megamenu in the Template section and menu aactivation but the megamenu stills invisible.

My Mobile menu seems to be there but not functioning,

I have checked your website with iPhone 12 in Chrome, and the menu works correctly.

You have a Header style set to Shop Split. If you want the style from your first screenshot, you must set up a Split menu style.

Now the burger menu shows under 1120px width.
