You can do that using Custom CSS code, but you have to know, that increasing the logo will misalign the hamburger menu, it wont be on the same line as logo.

You can insert whatever you want into the dropdown menu (of main menu), but you have to know, that they won't be dynamic (their content can be changed only between the pages)

There is a problem with one of your plugins (you have a massive collection of them), because after disabling all of them, the header looks correctly, logo is on far left and menu on right.
