How to reduce the space between menu and submenu and reduce the font size of the sub-menu?

Hi, I have this issue in my website ilnocedoro.it: when I scroll down the page, sticky menu appears, but sometimes a black background appears briefly.

1) Please open the option of the Blog Teaser and enable the margin.

Please, go to Appearance -> Menus, and check if your menu items are not duplicated.

Can't seem to add a menu there, any help ?
