What CSS or option can let me change the height of the sticky menu?

Breakpoints are configured correctly. It shows in the preview but no when I open the site on my device.

Is there a way to scroll smoothly to an ID using a button? I used the BeTheme button shortcode to go to '#quotation' on our main page, this works. But it won't do a smooth scroll down to our Quotation

That’s because of too many menu items inside the grid width of the website - to extend it, please go to the Theme Options > Global > General

If you want to use menu on middle, then you have to use the "Stack Center" type of headerTheme Options > Header & Subheader > Header
