Hello,1) Menu on the center can be achieved only with "Stack Center" menu, but you can align the menu to right in Theme Options > Menu & Action Bar > Menu - tic

So I have figured out the issue with Side Revolution, but since I don't have a license with them I can't open up a bug report.

1. How can I center the main menu? It's always aligned to the left.

Sorry I had enabled the transparent header in the theme settings. I want the logo above the menu, like " stack: center" header. Now it is transparent but the revolution slider isn't.

I've now cecked the below in the new section to align the two halves:
