Second Issue, icons in the builder keep not appearing, the main icons at the top are constantly gone, the sub menu items are randomly gone and a refresh can bring them back occasionally.

this is old style of mega menu. If it didn't came with the import, it means your host doesn't allow to nest menu items in that way. Generally, menu items should be nested just like on the screenshot b

But the mobile header problem still remains. So the Header space on the desktop looks fine (the space below the menu). Although it could use a little bit of room.

I set the menu and buttons as anchor links. I added "scroll" to the classes of each section I am linking to. But I've tried on two devices and the links don't scroll. Did I configure

1) Please go to Appearance -> Menus, and check if you do not have a separate menu for mobile display that have these wrong links set for menu items.

Another issue, is, in the menu of mobile version, I can still see the action button for shopping cart, while I have already cancelled this in settings.
