Hi, to set specific color for specific box, you must set "Custom | Classes" name for each item and then in accordance to specific classes names, you must write custom css.

Tell your provider that this is called dynamic css. If those files will be with .css extension instead of .php, you won't be able to set settings under Muffin Options panel.

PHP has nothing to do with the menu. The problem must be related with your IE version because we checked this on 3 different computers and your menu looks the same as under other browsers.
