Where can I find my purchase code?Comments

ok thank you

I've put that license key 10 times. Please don't assume the problem is on my side, it will help us fix the problem faster. Right now, my website (cannara.ca) (which was working perfectly before I tried to update the theme) is missing a slider on on…

Right now, the license manager says "Wrong username or purchase code. Please use only purchase codes that has been used to register the theme and the username used at the time of purchase." I remember deregistering it on our development en…

I can't update the theme or the slider as stated in the OP (https://www.shopcbd.com/media/assets/betheme-update-fail.jpg)

I don't understand what you are saying. What I did more than 6 months ago was build a new website with your theme on a development environment. I used a slider in this page: https://devcannara.wpengine.com/en/platform/ Then in WP Engine, I copied t…

Thank you

-
I'm not sure you understand what I mean. For consistency purpose, the mobile version should look like this : https://devcannara.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/layout-mobile-bug-FIXED.png Meaning that the background image should take the whole …

-
I put the transparent layout and sticky menu back https://devcannara.wpengine.com/en/ Problem now is that it's not fullscreen on mobile. https://devcannara.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/IMG_06508BAEA229-1.jpeg thank you

1) I didn't solve it, just switch back to the Basic layout instead of transparent.2) same as above Thanks
-
It seems that I actually can use html markup since the code I sent you works. Only classes are removed. Writing this to clarify for future readers
-
Don't you see the link in the screenshot I sent you? Do you have a test website so I can (or you) can enable the settings that don"t work? We just bought your theme so we didn't make a lot of changes, just playing with the theme options
