I wonder if installing or adding some sort of integrated open source library would be a solution. Example: http://fontawesome.io/

Thanks anyways. Just a heads up for the future.

The plugin page you linked to says 5.2.2 in the release notes -- see image. I understand the individual version of plugin-Not trying to argue- just need the update. We are considering purchasing - but if you can get the update for us it'd be apprec…

Thanks so much! I used your old approach-- can you give me advice on how to 'reverse' what I previously did to use then use plugin?
-
pingram3541- I've been using your manual code and it works great! Thanks so much. Can you recommend how I would 'reverse' the manual code approach to install the plugin?

I see what you mean- I set it up that way as a 'workaround' because I wanted the 'fancy header' to be full width across top with the widget sidebar area below the fancy header. Using the 'sidebar' layout the sidebar cuts off the fancy header at full…

Thanks- I will take a look at this and report back.

If you don't mind me asking, is there a reason you don't prefer using the child theme? If I use the parent theme- when I update the theme, do I need to be careful not to overwrite certain files?

The problem was on our end - IT had IE set to compatibility mode for all intranet sites by default.

Ok. We are attempting to launch/go-live today. I won't be able to send a link until that time.

I do have extra CSS-- is there somewhere else I would put that 'extra' CSS? For some reason I found that when using the child theme, some of the CSS would work only in the custom CSS area and not in the childtheme.

So the font size is what determines icon size? Thanks!

I put this in my 'custom css' area and the sticky menu does not work at all in IE11
-
Header specifically, but footer would be something I'd be interested in too.
