That's most common becauase of too big logo, I mean - the height of logo is bigger than menu items, so any dropdown will not look really good.

On desktop...there is a small line between menu and logo above. I cannot figure out where on earth it is coming from? Its not to do with mega menu plugin as I have turned on and off and it remains???
