I had to go back to using version from 2 weeks ago. The error was in version 27.4.4 and 27.4.5.

Edit your header template, remove the background in the section (if you have any), and set the Body offset in the header template settings to No.

Please edit your sidebar menu template, open menu element options, and in the Style tab under Submenu, set left padding to submenu container:
