How can you make a custom menu link open in a new window.

I would like to add an action button the top menu - but I can't find any instructions on how to do that. Please advise.

The problem appears only when you open the website on a smaller window, and you will resize it to the bigger size.

Unfortunately, with this type of menu it's not possible.It's hard coded in * tags and changing would require a lot of theme changes.
