Make sure that FTP works correctly because the one you sent recently, worked for a minute and after opening a file a trying to save it, we've been locked. So please make sure that FTP access is fully functional.

I have just checked above page and sql requests from theme takes 0.005second what's fine. I recommend to disable Instagram feed as this one delay response time as is the reason why your site loads so slow.

Even a standard Woo Query is too slow. With the new test, it takes about 1 sec.:
You have active 46 plugins, and even after switching to a default theme, an empty page load takes about 3 seconds:
Your website will work slowly on any theme because your database is too slow and you have too many plugins active.

Here's some additional info: It's most likely the latest WP update. We tested it with the default theme, and the load speed is better with WP version 6.5.5.

We highly doubt that your server is good enough for your website.
Standard WooCommerce query takes 0.5s, which is unacceptable.
We tried to look at our queries through FTP, but after a brief time, it stopped working.
We cannot recommend anything else than getting a better server for your website.

this page have ni element but take 2 .4 sec to load.it have 2 duplicated query and they are repeted in all page.
my host is ssd and so fast . and my site was fast to load about 2 sec .
