Thank you ive sent an email. Ive added a photo box now as it looks much better and all it needs is for the title of the box to be the same colour and size as the title in the left hand column thanks guys - highly recommended support on here!

Yes, i need to change it so that when i hover over it, the hover colour isnt blending in with the blue menu bar. The colour needs to stay black instead of turning to blue when hovered over thanks
