How about a "real" real estate demo? Something that actually displays homes and has features like number of bedrooms, baths, lot size, square footage, etc. that is a HUGE market that could bring you tons of new sales.

I would also like to know how to make the "Flat Gallery" as in the Be|Art page - I tried to import the Art homepage so I can see how it's made, but it is not a part of the list of homepages that I can import.
