I have changed the nameservers to the new host, how do I use the duplicator plugin? I can only access the old site from the cPanel file manager. Do I need to change the nameservers back to the old host?

I found the problem was with Webcraftic Clearfy plugin and the Heartbeat option.

I have quite a few plugins, I find it hard to get rid of them as they all have a good use. I'm still trying to work out which plugin is causing the slowing down, but I will work through it
