1) There is no error message. 2) As I said, I already disabled all the plugins and cleared the cache of my browser. The .gif attachment I included in my initial message shows exactly what is happening.

Yes, I had to change it for the client because we can't have a skewed logo. I will change it back so you can take a look. Or I can provide you a WP login and you can test.
