I have the same error: Downloading update from http://api.muffingroup.com/plugins/download.php?code=6ffd17d9c74&plugin=revslider… The package could not be installed. The package contains no files. Plugin update failed.

No worries - found a solution I had multiple tabs open to make the updating go faster, when I updated it reserved some of the stuff incorrectly. I assumed the pages were seperate from each other, but that's not the case.
