Hi, We did the initial migration using the WPEngine migration tool. The database and the file system were transferred successfully, but the above issue was created along with image linking issues. We then tried Duplicator, but it is disallowed on W…

PS - I have sent my login credentials through the Muffin Forum very recently, so you should be able to find them there if you need to log in to troubleshoot this.

Hi, Please hold off on troubleshooting this particular issue. I reverted to a previous backup where muffin builder was still working, and have completed a substantial amount of work since then. I don't know why it happened, but it has not happened …

Hi, Thanks so much for resolving the Woocommerce issue! However, the the muffin builder issue persists. The Muffin Builder worked this morning for a few hours, then suddenly stopped working again (similar to the ‘weight’ php issue we were encounter…

Hi Phil, Apologies for the delay here while I was traveling. I don't know why the login wasn't working for you, but I reset the password and I resubmitted the login credentials it through the forum portal. https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/upl…

Hi Phil, Please try the credentials I sent you again. It looks like you are using the wrong port number - the correct number is "2222" Thanks,

I left the site with the BeTheme theme activated, but if you need to compare the two, the child theme we are using is called "Artemas Child." Activating that child theme makes the MuffinBuilder interface work again. The child theme also m…

Hi Phil, Thanks for taking a look at the above issue. You should have my FTP access credentials in the portal. I noticed another bug while troubleshooting. The muffin builder interface wouldn’t show up after I updated BeTheme/Wordpress and removed m…

Hi, I tried your suggestions above, and the issue persists. I deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce, turned off my child theme, updated Betheme & WooCommerce, and refreshed the cache, but the behavior remains the same. What seems to be h…

Hi, Thanks for your suggestions. The first and last worked, but the middle one is having a weird effect. As you can see, when the lines wrap, they create odd gaps and 'empty lines' in the menu: https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/uploads/299/VVAS…

Hi Phil, Margins and padding for the laptop view and desktop view are identical, so it shouldn't have the awkward jump that it does. Perhaps I have incorrectly identified where the break points are. On the page I linked above, I see the styles chan…

Hi Phil, Sorry about that, here is the link: https://floatingptstg.wpenginepowered.com/ My login credentials are up to date with the Muffin Group forum. Thanks for looking into it.

Thanks for your help, Phil. That fixed it. I'm glad the issue was so simple to resolve!

Thank you. This code fixed the alignment issue, but I still want to remove the drop shadow from the submenu. I believe this will also require custom CSS, because shadow isn't a style variable for submenus. Can you advise?

Thanks for your help. I have a followup question: 2) I have a few use cases where I can't easily use a button element, so my original question still stands. Is there shortcode I can use to specify button outline color?

Hi, thanks for your responses. I figured everything out except for question #6. Yes, I am referring to that part. Where the text is inside of a grey box (which I am referring to as a 'pill' I would like to make the background a color, and the text w…

One last question about fancy links that I forgot! In the megamenu, if you go to RESOURCES, there is a menu list on the left hand side. I want the fancy link (VIEW ALL) to line up with the menu above it, but adjusting the margins on it does not work…

Thanks so much for all your help! I have a few more questions, and follow-ups related to this page: 4) Yes, the mega menu is currently in the front, and I would prefer it to be behind the Header Menu. Can you advise on how to do that? 5) on a relate…

Hi, Thanks so much for your help! I have a few follow-up questions pertaining to this same page: https://floatingptstg.wpenginepowered.com/filter-view/ 1.) When you hover over the filter 'pills' there is a grey box that appears above it with the sa…

Hi, I tried a few additional workarounds the past two weeks, but none worked out so I have circled back to creating a CPT. As you suggested above, I added the CPT using Toolset, and set up a child theme with the filter code you provided. I used var…

Sorry about that. I updated my password when I reset the site. I sent you the new password. I really appreciate your time helping me figure out this issue.

The sites you looked at last night were certainly not imported correctly! The filter widgets and sidebar were missing from out-of-the-box theme installs, from any web browser I viewed them with. This has been a problem with every WooCommerce theme I…

(Just a heads up, I already emailed you with my login credentials to help troubleshoot this post.) Thanks again!
